On November 3, 2016 the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office arraigned Thomas Michael McClellan, 25 year old from Holt, on Open Murder, 1st Degree Child Abuse, and 1st degree Arson in front of Magistrate Blumer of the 55th District Court, bond was denied.
