LANSING, MI — Paula D. Cunningham, AARP Michigan State Director and a pioneer in business and education in the Lansing community, will receive the Trailblazer Award from the Michigan Congressional Black Caucus on Friday, Sept.16, at the Mead Center for American Theater in Washington, D.C.
